Future Opening: Fuel Fitness General Manager

The General Manager role is an exciting opportunity where you'll oversee all operations within the health club, manage and lead the team in acquiring production goals that meet the business's financial needs for growth, ensure the highest quality of service for our members, work directly with the Assistant Manager on a daily basis to supervise the sales team, and create a fun work environment for our employees and members.

So, who are we looking for?

Someone with health club management experience. While this is not a deal-breaker, it is preferred. Someone who understands and thrives in a production-based business.

Numbers are what matter at the end of the day.

You must be comfortable coaching others and motivating a sales team. Sales experience is a plus.

You will be coached and provided with tools to get started, but ultimately, you must be effective at getting things done. Someone competitive by nature.

You work hard and aim directly for your goals.

You strive for growth and success.

We are not looking for someone who needs constant management or can only do exactly what they're told. Someone assertive but also a team player.

You aren't afraid to take charge.

You are willing to turn plans into actions, consider suggestions, and brainstorm with your team to achieve our shared goals.

As a leader, you must inspire confidence, optimism, and trust. This involves social intelligence, as you'll work with various personality types among staff and members.
