Job Description- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6
- Coordinate closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors
- Perform schedule analysis, identify risks, and offer mitigation strategies
- Support preconstruction planning and integrate construction sequences into bid schedules
- Provide regular updates, reporting, and progress evaluations to internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant- Proven experience as a scheduler in the commercial construction sector
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working on NYC-based projects is a plus
