Camp Dates: 6/23/2025 (Mon) - 8/22/2025 (Fri) — (including one weekend for setup, one for breakdown, and an orientation date)
Camp Hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm (actual shifts may vary)
Hourly Wage: $19.75 - $22.25

Job Responsibilities:
Facilitating activities, making connections, and monitoring safety and wellness.Creating and overseeing activity spaces or supporting camp activities in rotating roles.Specific responsibilities vary; discuss with your local director. Activities may include sewing, animation, arts and crafts, performing arts, recreation, and more.Additional Responsibilities:
- Supervising campers actively.
- Maintaining an organized, approachable activity space.
- Ensuring compliance with camp policies.
- Reporting concerns, incidents, and injuries.
- Monitoring camper allergies and dietary restrictions.
- Updating camper profiles with daily photos and updates.
- Chaperoning campers on off-site trips as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excited about guiding kids in decision-making.
- Calm under pressure and able to de-escalate situations.
- Comfortable leading groups independently and collaborating with a team.
- Physically capable of keeping up with energetic children and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Passionate about sharing knowledge and learning from others.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2 months of camp experience or 1 year in education/child care.

Additional Job Requirements:
- Management or leadership experience preferred.
- Physical stamina for outdoor and active work.
