PTI is seeking a competent and experienced Senior Project Manager, preferably with experience in Manufacturing to join our Operations Team. This role is responsible for delivering machine orders 100% accurate, 100% complete, 100% perfect, and 100% on time. The successful candidate will work with internal project management to achieve exceptional client experience starting with the initial sale all the way through final mile execution ensuring satisfaction of all client-related deliverables. The role will work daily with most functions in the company including Sales, Assembly, Operations, and Engineering. A standard machine build time is 6-10 weeks, while custom builds can be longer and oftentimes require a creative and resourceful approach to drive them successfully to completion.

We are seeking a focused and communicative professional who has a strong understanding of project management and manufacturing principles and planning. The role will be responsible for leading the project management team, managing & improving project timelines, clearly communicating project updates to our clients and internal teams, and ensuring equipment builds cross the finish line with the highest level of quality. The role will require assessing and managing resource needs, problem-solving, clear communication, teamwork, and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction. Senior Project Manager in Manufacturing Role Description:
  • Expand upon and build out the Project Management Vision at PTI.
  • Lead the Project management team including their professional development.
  • Lead and foster alignment amongst Project Management, Sales, Production, and Service.
  • Direct communication with PTI customers.
  • Ownership of all PTI revenue streams reporting weekly to senior leadership.
  • Support the team in attaining the resources needed, and adjustments needed to meet client expectations.
  • Lead the review of processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made.
  • Provide guidance and approval on developing standards and procedures related to project matters.
  • Research strategies to further improve customer experience.
  • Implement customer satisfaction strategies to improve the quality of PTI's solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ Years Experience in Project Management/Manufacturing.
  • Track history of senior leadership involving organization build-out and management.
  • Six-Sigma and PMP Training a Valuable Asset.
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in a technical field.
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.
  • Highly detailed and schedule-oriented.
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills.
  • Ability to meet project deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
