Team Compensation and Benefits

- Base commission with earning potential from $80,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on results
Qualifications
- 5-10 years restoration construction and management experience
- 5-10 years project management and estimating experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Financial statement literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, RMS, Xactimate
- IICRC Certifications
Job Functions
- Represent Paul Davis values professionally
- Conduct goal-setting and review meetings
- Discuss financial and operational matters with relevant personnel
- Coordinate with CFO regarding financial status
- Monitor cash flow, bank lines, and accounts receivable
- Review sales, job reports, WIP, and customer relations
- Discuss marketing plans and company needs
- Coordinate staffing and operational changes
- Ensure department communication and compliance with policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
