    Qualifications
    • 5-10 years restoration construction and management experience
    • 5-10 years project management and estimating experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
    • Financial statement literacy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office, RMS, Xactimate
    • IICRC Certifications
    Job Functions
    • Represent Paul Davis values professionally
    • Conduct goal-setting and review meetings
    • Discuss financial and operational matters with relevant personnel
    • Coordinate with CFO regarding financial status
    • Monitor cash flow, bank lines, and accounts receivable
    • Review sales, job reports, WIP, and customer relations
    • Discuss marketing plans and company needs
    • Coordinate staffing and operational changes
    • Ensure department communication and compliance with policies
    • Perform additional duties as assigned
