The opportunity
We've enjoyed rapid growth and adoption by thousands of customers… and we're just getting started. As a Customer Success Manager, you will join a small but fast-moving team. You'll be responsible for strategic initiatives, delivering excellent customer experiences, defining new solutions, and influencing our product roadmap by representing the voice of the customer. You'll need to execute quickly, solve problems, and develop long-term solutions through new processes, products, or features. You will also shape the company's future by building impactful partnerships with both new and existing customers. Success in this role requires a growth mindset, willingness to learn from failures, and the ability to evaluate and improve our processes continually. This is an exciting time of rapid growth with many opportunities to learn and develop.
