This role is pivotal in coordinating on-site activities, managing teams, and liaising with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all field operations to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel and facilitate training as needed.
- Assist in resolving any issues that arise during construction, including conflicts and delays.
- Review plans and specifications to ensure the project meets structural and design requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Experience with Tekla or similar structural design software is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
