Job Description- Oversee all phases of construction from pre-construction through close-out
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and client relations
- Handle documentation: change orders, invoices, meeting minutes, and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and public sector standards
- Coordinate with field staff and office teams via MS Suite and network drives

The Successful Applicant- Hold a degree in Engineering/Technology or come from a union trade background
- Have 7-10+ years of experience in public-sector construction (ground-up or heavy renovation)
- Be highly organized, tech-savvy, and documentation-focused
- Be proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable in a client-facing role
