We're looking for a People Operations Experience Manager (POEM) to join our People Operations team. We're seeking someone bursting with energy, ideas, and heart. This role is ideal for a natural culture champion and connector who is also tech-savvy, data-curious, and attentive to what makes a workplace brand stand out.

As part of our People Ops, you'll lead programs to keep our team engaged, growing, and excited to come to work. You'll develop initiatives around performance, career development, recognition, and the overall employee experience—infused with creativity and supported by meaningful insights. When rallying the team, you'll lead like a true master of ceremonies, fostering fun and connection.

Requirements:

  • Location: Must be located within the San Diego metropolitan area
  • Minimum of 5 years in HR or People Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience using HR data, dashboards, and metrics to guide decisions and track employee experience initiatives
  • Proven ability to design and execute programs that enhance engagement, performance, recognition, and connection
  • Leadership in employee engagement activities beyond logistics, including team-building and wellness initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of performance management processes
  • Skilled in designing and analyzing employee surveys and driving follow-up actions
  • Experience managing employer branding strategies across platforms
  • Proficiency with creative tools like Canva
  • Ability to authentically represent company culture across channels
  • Background in HR, including onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and communication strategies
  • Experience with HR platforms such as BambooHR
  • Strategic mindset with initiative and creativity
  • Familiarity with learning tools like LinkedIn Learning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Predictive Index experience is strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR or related field
  • HR certifications
  • Experience with employment branding and social media
  • Predictive Index expertise for behavioral insights

The salary range in San Diego is $115,000-$171,000. Benefits include:
