The Siding Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of sheet metal fabrication and installation projects. - Supervise and coordinate the activities of sheet metal workers on construction sites or in fabrication shops.
- Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to plan sheet metal installation or fabrication.
- Schedule work assignments, order materials, and manage project timelines.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to maintain productivity and high performance.
- Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to coordinate work efficiently.
- Troubleshoot installation or fabrication issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in safe working condition.
- Complete and submit job-related documentation, including time sheets, material usage, and progress reports.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; technical training or apprenticeship in sheet metal work is preferred.
- Certification in HVAC or Sheet Metal Work preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork installation, metal fabrication, and industry tools/equipment.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and construction site safety practices.
