We are seeking motivated and skilled Automotive Service Technicians to join our team. Our Service Department is high volume, collaborative, equipped with cutting-edge technology, and a fun place to work.

Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 annually (depending on experience)

• Paid flat-rate method with a 40-hour per week guarantee (prorated for days worked).
• Paid time and a half on all warranty work
• Paid 10 hours per day for manufactured off-site training (reimbursed for gas/tolls).
• Paid $50 for each FCA web-based training certificate.
• Holiday and Vacation time paid at your average rate.
• Productivity Bonus for 111% or higher (paid weekly).

Flexible Schedule Shifts: Monday to Friday (lunch from 12 pm – 1 pm). Only one Saturday a month; when working Saturday, you get a day off during the week. We offer 3 schedule options:

• 7 am – 4 pm
• 8 am – 5 pm
• 9 am – 6 pm

Essential Functions:

• Perform maintenance services efficiently per standards
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems
• Provide detailed written communication on RO's
• Test drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools

Must Haves:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
• Valid driver's license and clean record
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Own set of tools (we provide the toolbox and special tools)
• Ability to do the job right the first time
• Excellent customer service skills
• Motivated, driven, team-oriented, positive attitude

Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Must frequently move in and out of vehicles, and endure prolonged standing, stooping, and bending.
