Job Description

Mascoutah Rehab and Nursing is seeking a Maintenance Director to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility. You will be responsible for providing a safe and well-maintained environment for guests and staff.

As a Maintenance Director, you will set overall goals, strategies, and objectives for team members. Your duties include maintaining processes and procedures to meet company objectives, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and establishing a preventive maintenance system to ensure smooth daily operations.

The Maintenance Director will also ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulatory codes and adhere to the standards outlined in the Corporate Ethics and Compliance Plan.

Requirements include:

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• Building maintenance and repair skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• An enthusiastic attitude and a positive contribution to our environment
