Essential Functions:
Acts as main liaison between GEODIS Operations leaders and key customer contacts of assigned market line accounts to fully understand, communicate, and execute to the goals of our customersLeads in the formulation and administration of company policiesDevelops long range goals and objectives for assigned market lineAccepts responsibility for external customer relationship management and internal (employee) customer relationship managementDirects, coordinates and delegates activities of market line operations to attain goals and objectivesChampions continuous improvement process and initiatives for assigned accounts within assigned market lineReviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine progress toward stated goals and objectivesAccepts responsibility for the profitability of the assigned account(s) through accurate and timely preparation of financial budgets and forecastsReports, interprets and summarizes financial information for assigned operations to executive teamConfers with campus RVP, SVP and administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditionsManages customer account relationship proactively to deliver overall customer satisfaction, including Customer Operations, Customer Engineering, and Customer ProcurementPartners with the business development group in securing new or additional businessDevelops, designs, and chairs multi-discipline work groups within GEODISProvides overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of assigned operationsServes as subject matter expert for assigned market line and reviews new or existing business solutions with internal stakeholdersFulfills leadership responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and lawsTravel as required to account operations within the networkNegotiates tactical and strategic commercial agreements with Client ServicesLeadership & Collaboration
Develops communication strategies to articulate commercial strategies and programs to customers and stakeholders globallyServes as a trusted advisor to GEODIS senior leadership on all aspects of the Market LinePartners with Operations leadership and business leaders to align customer goals with organizational objectivesLeads, mentors, and develops the Market Line team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environmentFinancial Analysis and Reporting
Develops and manages metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the Market Line businessUses analytics and reporting tools to provide insights into trends and inform decisionsManages P&L budgets and analyzes financial impactsGeneral
Adheres to the company's Code of Conduct and policiesEnsures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, both domestically and internationallyRepresents the company professionally, maintaining high ethical standardsQualifications:
Minimum 12 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience in a high-volume distribution environmentAt least 8 years in leadership managing multi-site distribution networks, preferably in consumer electronicsBachelor's degree required; Master's preferredProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience developing and executing multiyear strategic P&L plansStrong analytical, reporting, and communication skillsAbility to travel up to 50%What You Gain:
