Exciting Career Opportunity: Automotive Service Manager / Director - Boucher Automotive Group Position Overview: The Boucher Automotive Group is seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Manager / Director to lead one of the largest and most successful Service Departments in Southeaste Wisconsin. This is a rare and exceptional opportunity for a driven leader with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of a high-volume service department Ensure top-tier customer service and high CSI scores Manage technician productivity, workflow, and lane operations Utilize CDK software (required); experience with any OEM is welcome Lead, coach, and motivate a team of service professionals Qualifications: Proven experience in automotive service management or director-level roles CDK experience is mandatory Strong customer service and team leadership skills Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years) Drug testing required Why Boucher?
