Title: Executive Assistant

Reports To: COO & CFO

Position Type: Salary

Position Purpose

We seek a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Senior Leadership team. The role requires excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage diverse administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant will manage calendars, travel, communications, and coordinate meetings, events, and office operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars for senior leaders, including scheduling and confirming meetings.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Draft, format, and edit presentations, reports, and executive communications.
  • Prepare agendas, attend key meetings, and distribute minutes or follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Coordinate visitor logistics and ensure a professional experience for clients and guests.
  • Support internal events, meetings, and special projects.
  • Oversee support office needs, supplies, space setup, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain internal systems and documents for leadership needs.
Requirements & Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders (hospitality experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • High discretion, judgment, and professionalism handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to shifting demands.
