Role Responsibilities
Obtain, assess, process, manage, and clean large data sets.Use coding languages such as R or Python to clean data, including filtering, merging, and troubleshooting code issues.Manage data collection, cleaning, and analysis for disparity studies and work with various entities.Acquire data from various sources and maintain databases.Identify and interpret trends in complex data sets, and assist with sampling and surveys.Analyze data using statistical techniques and prepare reports for internal teams and clients.Develop understanding of disparity research methodology and stay updated on relevant case law.Contribute to the analysis and drafting of studies and reports.Handle ad hoc requests, routine reports, and respond to data inquiries.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics; proficiency in R, Python, or similar coding languages.Proven teamwork and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, capable of translating data into policy recommendations.Strong work ethic and writing skills.Griffin & Strong is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, and fairness in employment.
