What You'll Be Doing:- Interview & select top talent to support changing production demands
- Collaborate with warehouse leadership
- Solve challenges quickly and efficiently
- Lead the team on-site as the face of Diverse Staffing, build culture, inspire results, and bring the energy
What We're Looking For:- Bilingual in English and Spanish? Awesome, but not required
- On-site availability: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Understanding of warehouse operations & safety standards
- A calm, can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment
