Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales leads through qualified calls and meetings, developing agency partner relationships to achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Provide captive education and consulting to existing and prospective clients and agency partners.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, addressing their changing needs and delivering necessary documents.
  • Participate in all sales activities with a positive attitude supporting agency growth.
  • Attend, plan, and participate in captive quarterly calls and meetings.
  • Support the Captive Lead in executing program initiatives and fueling growth with quality captive members.
  • Ensure team accountability and encourage high performance through coaching and influence.
Qualifications
  • College degree preferred.
  • Sales experience required; benefits experience is highly desirable.
  • State-specific Insurance Agent's License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Strong sales skills, excellent communication, proficiency in technology including Salesforce, and willingness to travel up to 50% with own vehicle.
