Job Title – Property Lawyer
Job Location – Essex
Salary – £45k – £55k
Our client is an ambitious and expanding firm based in Essex. They are one of the UK's leading property finance firms, providing an innovative approach to the delivery of legal work in the areas of lender services, finance mortgages and property.
You will primarily be dealing with property finance matters for banking clients. In the role, you will also help clients of all sizes with residential and commercial legal advice.
Responsibilities:
Drafting contracts and advising on a diverse range of commercial law issues.Minimum Requirements:
2 – 4 years' experience in commercial property work at either a city or leading regional practice.Knowledge and experience of landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, and general commercial property work.You will need to have:
- Previous experience of commercial property transactions – some experience of real estate finance transactions secured over commercial and residential real estate would be ideal.
- Good technical knowledge of property law.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- A practical and proactive approach to solving problems.
- An ability to prioritise your workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and client care.
