Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through qualified calls and meetings, develop new agency relationships, and achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Provide education and consulting on captive insurance to existing and prospective clients and agency partners.
- Maintain relationships with clients, address their changing needs, and deliver necessary documents.
- Participate in all sales activities, promoting a positive attitude supporting agency growth.
- Attend and contribute to captive quarterly calls and meetings.
- Support the Captive Lead in executing program initiatives and fueling growth with quality members.
- Ensure team accountability and foster a high-functioning team environment through coaching and influence.
Qualifications
- College degree preferred.
- Sales experience required; benefits experience is highly desirable.
- State-specific Insurance Agent's License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Strong sales skills, excellent communication, proficiency in technology including Salesforce, and willingness to travel up to 50% with own vehicle.
