Qualifications
- CASAC-T, CASAC Provisional, CASAC (any level), MHC, MSW, MFT, MHC-LP, MSW-LP, MFT-LP, LMSW, LMHC, LCSW preferred.
- At least two years of substance use treatment experience.
- Knowledge of Substance Use Disorder counseling, Criminal Justice & Child Welfare Systems, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based treatments like CBT. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Essential Functions
- Conduct outreach, engagement, individual, group, family sessions, crisis intervention, case management, and referrals.
- Perform screenings, assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
- Develop diagnostic and treatment plans in collaboration with supervisors.
- Manage caseload, including reporting, outreach, referrals, and communication with related professionals.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, community coalitions, and training.
- Handle fiscal responsibilities like attendance, census, retention, family support, and outreach presentations.
- Conduct urine toxicology screens.
- Ensure quality assurance, compliance, and adherence to clinical standards.
- Complete documentation timely and accurately.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and as Task Supervisor or alternate Clinician as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
