Responsibilities:

Administer oaths/affirmations.

Take acknowledgments.

Take verifications upon an oath or affirmation.

Witness or attest signatures.

Certify or attest copies.

Note a protest of a negotiable instrument (subject to restrictions).

Certify that an event has occurred or an act has been performed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent; clear a background check.
• Notary Public certification.
• Experience in notarizing loan documents.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented.

Job Requirements:

• High-speed Internet connection.
• Dependable computer with camera and microphone.
• Home office setup.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation:

$125.00 - $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
