This position is a full-time, remote role primarily based in Midwestern or Western states, with travel requirements of 2-3 days per month for meetings and events.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing plans to meet quarterly retention and growth goals.
• Managing leads and collaborating on sales strategies.
• Responding to RFPs and managing account development activities from prospecting to contract signing.
• Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and reporting on sales activities and targets.
• Attending regional and national meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Proven sales or healthcare industry experience with a track record of meeting goals.
• CRM proficiency required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 3 days/week.

The base pay range is $77,000 to $105,100 annually, with potential commissions based on performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
