Base pay range
$59,999.94/yr - $69,999.94/yr

Responsibilities
- Provide direct services including engagement, intake, assessment, service planning, referral, advocacy, counseling, reassessment, and exit summaries.
- Manage a diverse client caseload.
- Monitor and document client progress and all interactions.
- Conduct group counseling and teach parenting classes as assigned.
- Maintain knowledge of available program resources.
- Coordinate services with other providers.
- Review and sign off on service plans and assessments.
- Conduct home and field visits, case conferences, and represent the agency at inter-agency events.
- Serve as a contact for client inquiries and supervise paraprofessional staff.
- Assist with office functions in the supervisor's absence and complete program reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work required.
- NY State LMSW certification required or ability to obtain within six months.
- Proficiency in English required; second language preferred.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard technology.
- Work hours: M-F 9am to 5pm, with some weekends; one day may include early or late hours.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged computer use.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for long periods, and climb stairs for home visits.
- Ability to travel within NYC boroughs and adjacent counties, in all weather conditions.
- TB test required within first 120 days for certain roles.
