- Perform floor cleaning services such as scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning
- Operate floor cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Communicate with team leads and supervisors to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Represent the Compleat Clean brand with professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- No previous experience required we'll train the right candidates!
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts as needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills a plus
