Position Summary
The LifeCafe Manager is responsible for the activities and growth of the LifeCafe, including managing the business's financials, hiring, training, supervising Team Members, executing menus according to Life Time standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain Profit and Loss statements, budgets, and control costs related to food, beverage, and labor.
- Manage all front and back of house operations, including inventory and payroll.
- Lead, train, develop, motivate, and assess team members to ensure continuous growth and performance excellence.
- Respond professionally and efficiently to questions, comments, and concerns.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and security standards are maintained and inspected.
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- ServSafe Certification or equivalent
- CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire
- At least 2 years of management and leadership experience or a college degree in culinary or business
- Experience in operations and financial performance management
- Experience in fast casual or full-service restaurant environments
Pay
This is a salaried position starting at $64,000 and up to $88,000, based on experience and qualifications. Bonuses are available based on performance metrics.
