Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years in business management, sales, education, or related fields with a focus on customer service and relationship building
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong communication skills including empathy, active listening, and solution-oriented dialogue
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Leadership skills, tact, and diplomacy
• Responsive to individual needs of students, parents, and staff
• Flexible schedule, including availability on days, evenings, and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to take full accountability for business operations, including meeting sales and marketing goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial mindset
