Overview

The Zenith Global Operations Team manages client-specific tasks across various agency areas like Strategy, Investment, HR, and Finance. The role involves centralizing and standardizing work to improve efficiency, serving as a key connector and coordinator across the portfolio to ensure compliance and effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Process and System Management: Oversee tools, systems, and processes supporting financial operations and media planning. Ensure data accuracy, efficient reporting, and serve as a point of contact for inquiries.
  • Project and Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with global strategy teams, regional media leads, and internal teams to prioritize projects and manage client deliverables.
  • Compliance and Data Management: Manage billing and auditing compliance, maintain organizational structures, and support data quality and troubleshooting.
  • Financial Management: Work with planning, investment, and finance teams to manage budgets, billing, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Understanding of Planning and Buying: Foster effective collaboration between agency and client functions for smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of client consulting experience focused on strategic business decisions.
  • Leadership in marketing technology projects, advertising tech, and research techniques.
  • Proven client management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong operational and strategic skills to develop product offerings.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
