We are seeking a skilled ERP Solution Analyst to support and enhance the D365 application globally, working closely with business process owners and SMEs to ensure user adoption and process clarity. The role involves system optimization, continuous improvement, and strategic support, with opportunities for coaching and mentorship. Moderate travel is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules, engaging with business owners to align processes and requirements.
- Monitor application performance, gather feedback, and prioritize improvements based on data insights.
- Lead solution ownership for D365 applications, including implementation, rollout, and ongoing enhancements.
- Support operational goals, handle escalations, and govern D365 configuration related to supply chain data.
- Demonstrate D365 Supply Chain functionalities to promote business adoption.
- Train teams on application features, lead design sessions, and stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 F&O / AX.
- Knowledge of applications like Azure, Power BI, MicroStrategy is a plus.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 5+ years with 1-2 D365 F&O implementation projects in a multinational environment.
- Deep understanding of sales, purchase, work, and project order processes.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, and BI tools.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMBOK or Agile.
- Proven ability to manage change and support users effectively.

Additional Details
Travel: Moderate domestic travel required.
