Essential Job Functions

• Oversee daily hotel operations, guide staff, and communicate policies and goals.
• Manage staffing, training, and ensure proper tools and equipment are available.
• Assist in developing and monitoring financial and operational plans.
• Supervise departments including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, security, sales, and human resources.
• Maintain positive owner relationships and provide regular updates.
• Recommend capital improvements and uphold brand standards.

Preferred Experience and Education

• Previous experience as General Manager, Operations Manager, or Assistant General Manager.
• Experience with PMS and POS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or similar applications.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
