Your responsibilities:
High-quality data and sample collection, management, and interpretation of results, with collation of findings into a comprehensive geotechnical factual report.Lead technical contact with clients on offshore geotechnical site investigations.Oversee geotechnical laboratory testing programmes, ensuring adherence to client specifications.Produce detailed geotechnical reports, including project-specific operational details, local geological conditions, and factual results.Provide technical assistance to ongoing offshore projects.Undertake basic offshore laboratory testing and soil and rock logging.Acquire and process high-quality geotechnical data.Perform computerized data processing and prepare results according to industry standards and in-house practices.Compile factual geotechnical deliverables/results in the field.Participate in consultancy activities, including internal developments.You can make your mark as a geotechnical project engineer if you have:
A minimum BSc or equivalent degree in Earth Sciences or Civil Engineering.Relevant work experience in the industry.Experience in report writing and data quality control.Excellent communication skills, encouraging constructive feedback.Ability to travel (up-to-date passport and valid driving license essential).#J-18808-Ljbffr
