Pay Range: $82,000 - $100,000 annually

Position Overview

Responsible for administering the company's quality system within a specific business operation. Manages direct reports who implement quality policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate control plans, inspection systems, and improvement actions
• Monitor performance and lead continual improvement initiatives
• Mentor and develop team members
• Oversee nonconformance, containment, and corrective actions
• Manage Gage & tool calibration and internal audits
• Chair management review meetings and coordinate ISO 9001:2008 audits
• Lead quality system training and strategic planning

Requirements

Education: Post-secondary education (engineering degree preferred) or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Quality Engineering/Analysis; 6 Sigma Green Belt, CQA, supervisory experience, or professional engineering certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 QMS requirements
• Familiarity with inspection standards and systems
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience with process management and continual improvement tools (e.g., 5 Why, 8D, Fishbone)
• Certification as a CQE or plan to achieve it
