The Member Experience Associate is responsible for the entire Member Experience. You will be the face of the club; the first person a member sees when they walk in and the first point of contact to create a welcoming environment.
You need limitless energy and excellent multitasking skills. Do you have a positive, upbeat personality with great communication skills? Creating a memorable member experience requires versatility. You might be guiding prospects over the phone, making a Retro Smoothie for a member, or assisting members to ensure they have an exceptional experience. Ideal candidates will possess:

All Member Experience Associates are required to wear a company staff shirt with khaki or black athletic pants. Sneakers must be worn; boots, heels, or sandals are not permitted. Staff should be well-groomed and neat.
Note on shifts: Opening staff should arrive 15 minutes before the club opens to complete the Opening Checklist. Closing staff should close at the scheduled time.
