Division Overview
The Parking Operations Planning and Analysis division of DOT's Traffic Operations manages parking for the city's 14,000 meters, mobile payment app, seven garages, and off-street permits. It generates over $265M annually, with a $32M OTPS budget, $30M capital budget, and over 350 employees across 9 groups.
Position Summary
Parking Operations seeks an experienced candidate for Executive Director of the Finance Group. Reporting to the Assistant Commissioner, the ED oversees revenue reporting, reconciliation, adjustments, budgeting, contract administration, and customer service. The four units under the ED handle revenue from meters, apps, garages, permits, and related financial activities.

Additional Information

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in relevant fields plus two years of professional experience, including 18 months in a supervisory role, or a bachelor's degree plus four years of experience with similar supervisory experience.
