Job Title: Level 3 System Engineer

We are seeking a talented and passionate Level 3 System Engineer to support one of our clients located in Annapolis Junction, MD. Candidates must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to be considered.

Job Description

• Research, design, develop, and modify enterprise-wide systems and applications software.
• Apply advanced knowledge to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Perform software updates, refinement, testing, and debugging to meet business needs.
• Provide guidance on software or system documentation for future maintenance and updates.
• Analyze reports on software project specifications, activities, or status.

Work Schedule and Compensation

Monday to Friday, Dayshift.Salary: $140k - $264k, depending on experience and contract.Benefits include up to 3 weeks paid vacation, 11 paid holidays, immediate healthcare eligibility, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.

Minimum Requirements

• 20 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in similar scope programs.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; 5 years of additional experience can substitute for a degree.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and at least one year of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong communication skills, creative problem solving, JavaScript, and software development experience.

Desired Skills and Certifications

• Experience with ServiceNow CAM, RMF, GRC, and SecOps modules.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• IAT Level 2 and CompTIA Security+ CE certifications.
