Position Summary:

As a Client Director at Diaceutics PLC, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients to drive business growth and ensure the successful implementation of precision medicine diagnostic and commercialization strategies.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure seamless project execution to improve patient outcomes and advance precision medicine.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets by maintaining and expanding relationships within key accounts across disease areas (oncology and non-oncology).
  • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders in key accounts, understanding their goals, challenges, and needs.
  • Engage regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Develop account plans aligned with client objectives and Diaceutics' offerings.
  • Identify growth opportunities within key accounts to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and execute account plans successfully.
  • Draft, present, and review business proposals and statements of work with clients.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and project managers to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in precision medicine.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates, reports, and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, and workshops to represent Diaceutics' capabilities.
  • Key Attributes Required:
    • People Skills: Proven sales experience in Oncology, Clinical Diagnostics, and Precision Medicine; experience selling data and consulting services into biopharmaceuticals.
    • Customer Service / External Impact: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, proven B2B pharma sales experience, and delivering customer delight.
    • Business Development: Ability to prospect, qualify leads, expand stakeholder networks, and convert engagements into sales.
    • Decision-Making: Ability to lead client engagement, uncover needs, influence decision-makers, and negotiate effectively.
    • Initiative and Independence: Strategic mindset with experience in planning and managing accounts to generate future opportunities.
    Knowledge and Skills:

    Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, economics, statistics, computer science, or related field. MBA or higher preferred.

    Experience:

    • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in pharma, biotech, or related industries.
    • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or diagnostics is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
