Pre-Construction Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management
• 10+ years of direct construction experience, with expertise in estimating, pre-construction services, and budget management
• Strong trade partner relationships with the ability to proactively manage and develop these partnerships
• Experience in multi-family housing, corporate workplaces, historical building repurposing, healthcare, private education, and hospitality projects up to $60M in value
