This is a full-time Chemical Plant Operator role with both day and night shifts available. Night shift includes a 10 percent pay differential. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday in 12-hour shifts, with optional overtime available on Fridays. You'll have consistent weekly hours, with plenty of opportunity to boost your paycheck. This isn't repetitive line work. Operators are at the core of production, running batching systems, blending materials, drawing samples, tracking quality, and making sure every run meets specifications. You will unload tank wagons and rail cars, move materials by forklift, and work directly with process equipment like pumps, tanks, valves, and mixers.Additionally:- Read instruments- Log data- Pull samples for testing- Troubleshoot when things are offThe work is physical and fast-moving, but you're not just a set of hands, you're the one making sure the product is made right, from start to finish.Veterans who worked with fuels, water systems, petroleum operations, shipboard equipment, or power plants will find a lot of crossovers here. If you've handled pressurized systems, followed SOPs under pressure, and worked in environments where safety, timing, and discipline mattered, this is right in your wheelhouse. Backgrounds in utilities, logistics, or any kind of industrial operations also align well.The work is steady, the team is tight, and leadership knows what it takes to do the job well.
