Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Dental Assistant, you'll assist with clinical procedures and administrative tasks to keep the practice running smoothly while delivering high-quality care.
  • Assist the dentist or hygienist during a variety of treatment procedures
  • Set up and prepare instruments and equipment for each patient visit
  • Sterilize instruments following established infection control protocols
  • Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Provide post-treatment instructions and support to patients
  • Assist with scheduling, billing, and dental coding
  • Work closely with pediatric and adult patients to ensure comfort and understanding
  • Support prosthodontic and general dentistry procedures
  • Help maintain a clean and organized treatment environment
What You Bring to the Table
  • High school diploma or equivalent – Required
  • Completion of an accredited dental assistant program
  • Dental X-ray License – Required
  • Proficient in four-handed dentistry techniques
  • Knowledge of general dentistry, prosthodontics, and anatomy
  • Familiarity with medical imaging systems and patient documentation
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially with pediatric patients
  • Dependable, organized, and passionate about patient care
