Reflex Logistics Solutions, a Supply Chain software and technology company owned by the multinational Hardis Group, is seeking a Warehouse Management Software Consultant (WMS) to join our Supply Chain Solutions department in Madrid.

Our department offers global solutions to enhance supply chain execution. Reflex's modular software is used worldwide, and Gartner positions its WMS, Reflex WMS, among the European leaders.

The Solutions Consultant participates in software implementation, advises clients on needs definition, and ensures the functional solutions are tailored to those needs. Collaborating with implementation teams, they ensure the correct deployment of Reflex in the client's specific context.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer needs analysis and solution design: Study client processes, organization, and context to define requirements. Collect needs via workshops, analyze deviations from standard, and propose tailored solutions. Advise clients and document functional analyses. Communicate requirements to the technical team and contribute to detailed specifications.
  • Go Live Preparation: Formalize test scenarios, perform pre-delivery tests, and train clients. Support clients during configuration and advise on Go Live methodology.
  • Deployment support and follow-up: Assist during acceptance and deployment tests, conduct user training, support initial deployment, perform functional audits, and address anomalies. Contribute to offer development and support sales activities.
Profile:

Education: 4-5 years university degree; a Master's in Logistics is a plus.

Experience: Extensive logistics process knowledge, especially in warehouses. Functional knowledge of WMS is essential. Experience in WMS projects and consulting is valued.

Skills: Relationship management, customer needs analysis, influencing, leading qualification/testing, designing and delivering training, and professional documentation.

Languages: Native Spanish required; French is a plus.
