Schedule: Tue-Sat, 2pm-10pm

Salary: $22.00 / hour

Sign-on bonus: $3000; $1000 upon completion of 30 days, $1000 upon completion of 6 months, $1000 upon completion of 12 months

As an ACCS Residential Counselor, you will provide direct support to individuals with psychiatric conditions in a residential Group Living Environment designed to foster independence. Your responsibilities include working collaboratively with the individuals we serve, their families, friends, employers, and support staff to enhance their independence skills and quality of life.

Your duties will include administering medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) and assisting with activities of daily living, such as household chores and cooking. You will also collaborate with the Clinical Program Director to implement recovery-oriented, person-centered, harm-reduction, trauma-informed, culturally competent, and strengths-based treatment plans.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a human services discipline preferred.
  • Prior experience in a human services setting strongly preferred.
  • Preference for bilingual/bicultural applicants and those with lived psychiatric experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid US driver's license for 6+ months, and pass background, driving record, and reference checks.
  • Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within two weeks of hire and MAP certification within 150 days.
