Job Description: Midlevel Associate - Telecommunications, Media & Technology Practice

Seeking a midlevel associate with four to five years of law firm or substantial industry experience to join our telecommunications, media & technology practice. We have a diverse, vibrant, and collaborative practice with significant opportunities for professional development and advancement. The successful applicant must:

Be highly motivated and interested in joining a dynamic and innovative practice.

Have relevant legal experience gained at a law firm, industry, the FCC, or other agency.

Have a demonstrated interest in TMT or related regulatory, policy, or advocacy fields. Experience in technology, an engineering degree, or technical background is a plus but not required.

Be a member of the District of Columbia bar or be eligible to become one.

Compensation and Benefits

For positions in Washington, DC, the salary wage range is $225,000 to $435,000. The final salary will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on experience, expertise, and market factors. The total compensation package may include medical, financial, and other benefits such as 401(k), paid time off, vacation, sick leave, and parental leave. Details will be provided upon offer. The position is at-will, with the firm reserving the right to modify compensation and benefits at any time.
