Director of Construction - This is an open position opportunity to be hired by our client - a local luxury custom home builder in Miami, FL. Professionally - this could accelerate someone's knowledge, work history, and career as continuing to grow in the construction industry.

• Combination – work both in office & on-site (Miami Beach area)
• High end complex custom homes
• Lead a team from preconstruction through close out on the construction of Elite Custom Homes.
• Consulting, documentation, collaborating, research, etc.

Requirements:

• Must live within a daily commutable distance from Miami Beach, FL
• Minimum of (10) plus years of experience
• High End Custom Home (knowledge & construction experience)
• Top tier - Client and people-oriented person
