The Role

We are seeking an Epic Application Software Engineering Technical Specialist to join our team of Epic software engineering experts. You will develop solutions in areas such as Security, Systems, Databases, Networking, and Epic Applications. Your leadership and technical expertise will be vital in guiding projects and mentoring engineers.

Effective communication and collaboration are key. You will articulate complex technical concepts clearly to clients and team members, identify and solve problems efficiently, and improve service delivery through innovative technical methods.

You will drive the design, development, and integration of scalable software solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery. Your role includes grooming features, managing technical risks, and maintaining technical debt and vulnerabilities.

Who You AreRequired Technical and Professional Skills

• Experience with Epic Project Management, implementations, or initiatives
• Current Epic Certification with 4+ years of recent build experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field
• Experience managing Epic projects or initiatives
• PMP Certification
• Additional Epic Certifications
