Our IT Business Solutions team plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your contributions will directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations.

What You'll Do

• Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses to align IT solutions with business initiatives.
• Work with business users to define, analyze, and prioritize problems, and align appropriate technical solutions.
• Develop, document, and manage requirements, providing detailed design and business rules to support project goals.
• Review system test plans, execute system tests, and ensure end-user documentation and training are accurate.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to deliver products and services, providing advanced input on processes and procedures.

What You'll Bring

• Educational Background: Undergraduate degree in Business Management/Information Systems with 2 years of relevant experience or a graduate degree with 1-year relevant experience.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of system development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), project management tools (Jira, Confluence), and data analysis.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable in finance/accounting processes, with experience in data integration and analysis.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create detailed documentation and deliver training.
• Certifications: Scrum Master certification is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock options.
