About the Role

Culmen International is hiring an Executive Action Officer to support the Research Directorate at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) onsite in Springfield, VA.

The NGA Research team requires administrative and executive support for the RFO, Technical Offices, and Mission Support Offices. This role involves supporting 8-10 Defense Intelligence Senior Leaders (DISLs) and members of the Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service (DISES). Responsibilities include coordinating and consolidating tasking, managing information, and facilitating communication between offices and the CoS. Providing professional secretarial support to leadership is essential.

This is a future opening; positions may not be immediately available.

What You'll Do in Your New Role

• Provide executive support and manage research office functions
• Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings
• Support travel arrangements (DTS)

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's Degree
• 15 years of relevant experience
• Willing to sit for CI-Poly

Desired Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• NGA experience
