Hilltop Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Liaison Specialist to join the IT team, fully dedicated to the Hilltop Securities Momentum Independent Network (MIN). The role involves ensuring seamless onboarding and system integration for independent advisors joining MIN. The Technology Liaison Specialist will act as a bridge between business, IT, Compliance, and MIN leadership, translating technical needs into actionable requirements and facilitating communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Advisor Onboarding: Assist with onboarding independent advisors, ensuring their technology needs are met efficiently.
  • Solution Vetting: Evaluate new technology solutions to meet the needs of the advisor channel.
  • Technical Requirements: Convert advisor needs into detailed technical specifications.
  • Implementation Planning: Collaborate with IT, Compliance, and MIN leadership on new technology deployment.
  • Integration Support: Ensure systems integrate smoothly, minimizing downtime.
  • Communication Facilitation: Serve as an intermediary among stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and address issues proactively, notifying relevant parties.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and integrations.

    • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in a technology liaison or similar role, preferably in financial services or Wealth Management.

    Additional preferred skills include experience with Windows server environments, Microsoft Exchange, Office365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, group policy, and familiarity with enterprise management tools. Financial industry experience is a plus.
