Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee the daily operations and long-term growth of CURE's patient grant and sponsorship initiatives. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and business development to drive meaningful patient programs across a range of therapeutic areas. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a strong track record in revenue generation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management
- Lead the day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and execution of patient grant and sponsorship initiatives.
- Collaborate with Shared Services and SAP teams to ensure seamless program execution and delivery.
- Drive long-term strategic initiatives that support sustainable, profitable growth.
- Evaluate and refine patient grant strategies across multiple therapeutic areas for maximum impact.
- Oversee CURE's positioning in the grants and sponsorship space, building and maintaining relationships with key supporters and opinion leaders.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts, business development pipelines, and strategic account plans.
Business Development
- Proactively engage pharmaceutical and biotech partners to secure grants and sponsorships.
- Design and execute business development strategies that align with revenue targets and market demands.
- Identify and develop new grant-funded program opportunities across diverse therapeutic areas.
- Leverage market intelligence and product pipeline data to uncover new partnership opportunities.
- Lead the creation and submission of compelling grant proposals and budgets in collaboration with Shared Services.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with grantors, KOLs, and strategic partners to support ongoing and future collaborations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or non-profit sectors, with a focus on grants, sponsorships, or business development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of revenue generation and relationship development in a healthcare or life sciences setting.
