Join the Pay O Matic team as a Customer Service Representative. The position is full-time, with working hours from 11am to 8pm, and requires flexibility, including weekends and holidays. The pay range is $16.50 per hour.

• Proficient in computer operation
• Strong multi-tasking abilities

• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus

Responsibilities

• Stand for extended periods
• Use POS system for transactions
• Work in confined spaces following security policies
• Open and close the store as needed
• Handle workplace stress and customer interactions professionally
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations
• Maintain a respectful and harmonious work environment

Additional Notes

This role may require overtime and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Candidates should be comfortable working alone and willing to float to other locations in the area.
