We seek a Trademark, Copyright, and Entertainment Litigation Counsel or Senior Associate to join our Intellectual Property Practice Group in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, New York City, or DC. A fully remote role is also possible.
Qualified candidates will have 8-10 years of experience in trademark, copyright, and entertainment litigation and counseling, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, working with experts, and litigation strategy. Trial experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, memoranda, correspondence, handling discovery, negotiations, depositions, oral arguments, trial preparations, and appellate briefs.
Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent judgment, communication skills, and a dedication to client service.
